Yesterday, Larry called looking for scripture where Michael rebukes Satan.  Satan is one that we should ALL REBUKE.  Snubbbbbb'im!

I found it in the book of Jude.  That book ain't much more than a minute or two read...good read.

Larry called me back today to tell me that he found it>>but I found it already.....I reckon we found it together in the spirit....together...about the same time....

FAMILY, let's not one of us get aggravated to the point of being totally MAD at the other!   Let us focus on the fact that Satan sees our together'ness...(after his attempt to take Jacky and cause ME a seperation from God).  I didn't buy it from the first second>>of Jacky's death.  (Ohhhh,my Jacky.  Nobody understood me at your end, better than you).

Because when he sees that he can't kill that one spirit that he is aiming for, Jacky's case...ME...then he will surely head for my united (family).  DON'T LET HIM cause dissention and strife.  DON'T shout at each other, (my family).  REBUKE Satan, (HE is the accuser),   and speak the word of God>>"The workers of iniquity have fallen.  They have been cast down and can't rise back up".  God REBUKE you, Satan.  You're the one that I'll be angry with, and NOT a single one of my FAMILY!  And not a single soul that you use outside of it.

But Larry's plow of the Bible was on a devotional sort of plea for his own family.  His own single'child'left.  We each had two...we each lost one...he knows that I surely understand...

I surely do!  Where'as Jacky's death has drawn so MANY to God...

Satan is seriously trying to with'draw a few others...

There's something about The Rose song because i never really listen to it much and i thought it was like a girly love song , until mama died and that was the song Wendy pick to play at her funeral it's really a good song when you listen to the words.  LOVE YA
Mama

I know EXACTLY what would have happened today if you were here.  You would have voted, then came over here and we would talk politics!  Or...YOU would have talked politics.  I would have mainly listened and agreed, wondering how you got to be so smart about it all.

I love you.  The wind will probably be up tomorrow>>I'll send you a balloon!

From my barn, In January of '06 Angie was making me pull up The Rose (over the phone) for Hillary's gr'pa's funeral.  As I was looking for it, I heard her telling Hillary's gr'mother that she was going to play that song at mine and Jacky's funeral, because when she hears it she always thinks of us.

I'm sorry, Angie, that I said no to it>>(altho I don't remember saying no to it<<left everything in your hands, I thought.  Except the casket.  I LOVE that casket!

I love that song too, is my favorite, but I guess the title threw me, and I wasn't exactly thinking at the time.  Don't worry, Autumn is trying to figure a way to get that and several songs on here, and if not, maybe she can switch them around like the background...maybe a different song each week or so...

I love you, Angie!

I love you, Jacky!

Today, I cooked steak without even realizing that I was keeping up a Jacky'tradition!

Three years ago today I wrote to my barn:

"Whee, gotta baby'sit this evening!  And it's Super'Bowl..not that I care, but it's a big deal to Jacky and John and Billy'Boy.  So I've also gotta grill steaks and do baked potatos at my son's expense, and BBQ chicken at my expense.  Haven is doing much better which means that we will be run ragged tonight...was awful nice all of that sleepin' she's been doing the last couple of days.  But I'd rather she be healthy.  She'll still see the doctor tomorrow."

Two years ago I don't know where Jacky watched the super'bowl.  We...uhh...didn't have a kitchen.  It was under construction.

One year ago I wrote to my barn:

"Oh Lord!  Jacky says I should open a steak'house..best steaks in the world, and I agree.  I marinate them over'night (or a number of hours) in mainly soy sauce, a good dose of balsamic vinegar, small doses of chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, CUMMIN, a drop of smoke'em, fresh ground black pepper, olive oil...

Then I grill them outside or put them under the broiler (after a first sizzle on a hot pan) inside.

Don't need steak sauce, it's sa full of flavor."

Now I know what was so odd about today, something missing>>all the planning around the Super'Bowl.  It didn't even really occur to me that it was Super'Bowl day until they mentioned it at church.  So it must have been you, Jacky, steering me into the grocery section of Walmart yesterday specifically to buy steaks.  Even making the marinade last night while chatting to Christy>>(you made me leave out my MAIN flavor ingredient, Christy!  The CUMMIN!  I forgot it, and John missed it.)  That's okay, it was still good, just not MY steak taste.  Anyway, what was I saying???

.....hmmmm....uhhhh...

Oh!  Even while making the marinade last night, I didn't realize that I was following your Jacky'tradition.  I didn't do bbq chicken, tho, but that's okay>>>there was so much steak left over....of all the people that has been in and out all day<<I should have just cooked those things wayyy earlier.  Folks done ate before aiming here.  Charlene and Troy had just left Fud'ruckers upon their second visit...Angie disappeared... Ralph had a McDonald's cup in his hand on second visit>>I'm scared to feed him anyway, he's sa picky!  And Billy'Boy...well he's married and...gone.  Jacky mourned himself silly last year that Billy'Boy had done deserted him.

(Love you, Billy'Boy, if you're reading.  IF you're reading>>>Haven wishes to know if you will take her fishin' with Angel since Jacky can't.  That was his last promise to her, and she so looked forward to it.  She has strained her brain since Jacky's death as to who will take her fishing, and finally a light bulb went off in her eyes about a month ago>>>"Billy!  He will take me fishin'!  Go ask him, Nana'Mama!")  I miss you too, Billy, but you have the fulfillment of a lovely family now, and a really sweet bride.

That's okay about the left'over steaks.  Their not really that special without the CUMMIN.  Daddy will eat them.  I cooked him an entire bag of beans and made a cake of corn'bread hoping that he wouln't hound me for a few days, and he ate the entire pot of beans in a matter of HOURS.  No wonder he's sa swollen he can't move!
